Full Body Massage Training — In Person

A calm one-to-one training experience held in my garden sanctuary, in Olney MK46 5BQ, designed to help you learn in a supportive and hands on way.

This training focuses on building confidence, flow and connection, allowing you to develop your own natural rhythm without pressure. Across two sessions you will be guided through a comprehensive full body routine, facial massage, scalp and abdominal techniques — learning how to use touch and technique to support the body and mind to release tension and relax.

Session one covers the full body routine — approximately 5 hours. Session two covers facial massage, scalp and abdominal techniques — typically a morning or afternoon.

No previous experience required. This course leads to a full Level 3 Diploma in Swedish Massage accredited by IPHM — professionally recognised.
